Soporte de Aprendizaje Autorregulado en Videos de Aprendizaje Invertidos Mejora los Resultados de Aprendizaje (Van Alten et al., 2020)

Resumen


El aprendizaje invertido es un método de enseñanza que permite al estudiante aprender de forma diferente a lo tradicional. Los alumnos llevan el material con contenido de estudio para ser revisado y analizado antes de la clase y, luego en el aula desarrollan actividades de aprendizaje significativo y personalizado. En este método los estudiantes son conscientes de la autonomía que necesitan para aprender, lo que conlleva a tener un aprendizaje autorregulado donde son capaces de gestionar los procesos cognitivos y emocionales que se articulan en la adquisición de conocimientos. Esta réplica de estudio, consistió en un diseño cuasi experimental para medir los efectos de apoyo en el aprendizaje autorregulado con videos de aprendizaje invertido, en el área de estudios sociales. En este análisis se consideró brindar apoyo para la condición de intervención y, sin apoyo de aprendizaje autorregulado para la condición de control, en una muestra de 154 estudiantes de noveno año de educación básica superior, acorde al programa GPower. Los estudiantes, fueron considerados de dos instituciones educativas diferentes, una en la ciudad de Guayaquil y otra en el Cantón El Triunfo, de la Provincia del Guayas. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran que la combinación de indicaciones de aprendizaje autorregulado, integrado en videos instructivos es fructífero para el aprendizaje de los participantes, pero debe diseñarse de forma adecuada para evitar la insatisfacción de los estudiantes y, así obtener efectos favorables en el aprendizaje.
